With our custom made elevator shield package, we make the drapes by hand to fit the exact specifications of your lift.
We precisely measure all walls, button panels and screens guaranteeing the drapes hug the interior of your elevator, perfectly.
Yes, that’s right. We can do all of the measuring and technical stuff so you don’t have to.

FIXING OPTIONS
Kapok No. 1 Stud
One of our permanent fixings, solid stainless steel studs, that are fixed to the lift car walls with self tapping screws. They are discreet, long lasting and fit neatly around the top of the elevator. The drapes are designed with eyelets which hang onto the stud. Our Installation Engineers can fit these during the site survey, if they are the best fixing option for your lift interior.
We also have brass finish studs and can powder coat the studs in black for example to suit and blend with different lift interiors.
Extendable Rail
This is an easy to install, temporary fixing if a permanent drape fixing in the elevator is neither desired or suitable for the interior.
Our rails can be easily twisted to extend the length to fit the lift, and the drapes hang onto to the rail with straps secured by Velcro.
We have 2 rail sizes available and the rails are recommended for lift interiors up to a maximum depth/width of 2400mm. The rails need to be extended to provide sufficient tension to support the drapes, therefore if the rails are to be positioned onto glass, mirrored or delicate surfaces we may advise an alternative fixing.
Suction Hooks
Perfect for glass or mirrored interior surfaces, they are one of our non-permanent fixings.
Easy to install, 60mm in diameter, they are pre-secured to the drape before delivery. The top of the suction hook sits just above the top of the drape to offer easier removal. The drapes are delivered with the suction hooks already attached and ready to hang.
Not a fixing we recommend for stainless steel, wood or textured interior elevator walls.
Magnets
So long as your lift/elevator ceiling accepts magnets, this fixing option couldn’t make our drapes any easier or quicker to install for you or your customer. Securely contained within a sewn pocket at the top, the magnets are seriously strong enough to support the drapes, hanging from the ceiling.
If you need help in checking your lift ceiling….don’t worry our Installations team can check suitability for you during the site survey.
Wire Hooks
We have a selection of wire hooks, a temporary fixing, the drapes can be delivered with the wire hooks already attached to the drape for easy hanging. Wire hooks are useful if the drapes are to hang from the suspended ceiling in the elevator, or elevator walls, dependant on lift interior
Tenax
This is a permanent small nickel plated fixing, with a 20mm diameter that comes in 2 parts (female tenax button and male tenax stud). One part is fitted onto the lift wall, and the other is attached to the drape. Once the two parts have been pressed together, they are joined so tightly that they cannot be separated without actuating the lock release. Recommended for larger drapes/elevators. Our Installations team can advise on these fixings during the site survey.
