We’re all about hugging lifts at Kapok 88 and that includes elevator floors. It’s highly likely that the floor of your lift experiences more foot traffic than the rest of the areas in your building, making it a key part of your people flow management, so you’ll want to keep it in tip-top condition.

Premium grade elevator flooring

If you’re looking for even more protection for your elevator’s interior, combining our protective flooring with our elevator wall protection is the ultimate way to prevent costly damage and general wear and tear to your lift.

Kapok 88 premium elevator floor protection is an absolute must-have. Budget allowing, we advise all our clients to use our thick plastic tiles. Made of sturdy stuff, these tiles are load tested to 3.35 tonne and are ideal when using wheeled trollies to move heavy items.

The flooring has yellow ramped edges to the entrance of your lift, so riders experience a smooth transition as they move things across the elevator entrance.

Standard grade elevator flooring

Our standard flooring protection is a 3mm rubber mat which we cut to the size of your elevator. It’s perfect for plenty of jobs, is lightweight, and a low-cost way to protect your elevator floor. It’s also incredibly versatile and durable despite its low cost, making it perfect for lifts with lighter footfall.
